The International Workshop on Optoelectronic Perception (IWOP) is an annual conference organized by "the International Academic Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment". IWOP 2021 will be held in Xi'an on October 15-18, 2021. In order to promote academic exchanges, the workshop is soliciting research papers so as to build a sound international cooperation platform , cultivate high-level talents and achieve high-level academic results, further improving the scientific and technological innovation ability of the discipline.
I. Topics
In terms of the scientific research characteristics of International Academic Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment, the research papers in the following areas are interested: basic theories, key technologies and applications in targeted photoelectric characteristics in complex environment, electromagnetic scattering characteristics, optoelectronic detection technology, optoelectronic information and image processing, remote sensing image processing and new system imaging.

Manuscript Submission Deadline: September 30, 2021
Notification of Admission: October 10, 2021
III. Objects
All faculties in the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering and all current students in Xidian University.
IV. Rules:
1) For Teachers
All faculties of the School of Physics and Optoelectronic Engineering are qualified to submit papers. After reviewing, 3 to 6 excellent papers will be recommended as oral presentation of 10 minutes at the annual workshop. The excellent papers will be included in the internal collection of the annual workshop. Once accepted by journals like SCI Q3 or above, the paper will be published with full funding from the International Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment. The funding priority will be given to joint publications with overseas experts from the International Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment.
2) For Students:
All current students in Xidian University are allowed to participate in the activity. 6 excellent papers and several honorable mention will be awarded. All award-winning papers will be included in the internal collection of the annual workshop, and recommended to the graduate academic annual conference. The most excellent candidates will be recommended to give a 10-minute oral presentation or poster presentation. The award-winning papers, after being officially accepted by journals like SCI Q2 or above, will be published with full funding from the International Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment. The funding priority will be given to joint publication with overseas experts from the center.
V. Requirements
1) Papers from teachers must be written in English, and the first author should be the contributor himself. Students are encouraged to write papers in English as the first author or second author when the tutor is the first one.
2) The abstract should be no less than 400 words, and the manuscript has no word number limitation. Please refer to Appendix 1 for the specific format.
3) When officially publishing, all accepted papers must be marked with International Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment funding (see Appendix 2 for label format) and the first author affiliation should be Xidian University. Otherwise, no funding will be provided.
VI. Attentions
1) Please submit paper via iwop@xidian.edu.cn, with the letter name being ”2021 Annual Workshop Contribution”
2) In order to promote the publication of high-level papers in this discipline, the internal collection of the annual workshop has no effect on subsequent publication of papers.
3) The submitted paper should highlight author's innovation and achievements, and have significantly academic and application value . Any falsification behaviors such as plagiarism and data misrepresentation must be put an end. In addition, the paper should have not been published in publications or conferences at home or abroad;
4) The final interpretation of the activities is owned by “International Academic Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment”.
Appendix 1: Paper Format Requirements
1)English Paper:
Please refer to the publication requirements of IEEE TRANSACTIONS and JOURNALS for the layout format. As shown in the http://www.ieee.org/organizations/pubs/transactions/stylesheets.htm.
2)Chinese Paper
A 200-word of Chinese and English abstract should be included in the paper, and a brief introduction of the author, including name, gender, department, tutor and research direction, needs be attached at the bottom of the first page. The layout of paper should be clear and standard, which meets the publication requirements of "Journal of Xidian University".
