International Academic Platform for Optoelectronic Perception Science and Technology under Complex Environment (OPCE) in Xidian University was jointly approved by the Ministry of Education and State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs P.R. China in November 2016.
    This Center is built on the basis of two first-level disciplines：optical engineering and physics. Guided by the strategic idea of “introduction, absorption, digestion and re-innovation”, we further deepen international exchanges and cooperation, carry out high-level scientific research and cooperation, and cultivate international high-level talents and innovation teams. In addition, we try our best to create scientific research achievements with international influence. More efforts will be made to improve scientific and technological innovation ability, comprehensive strength and international influence of our university and disciplines. That is how we can establish it as a strategic, international academic research and high-level talents training center,  an exemplary cooperative and innovation one for talent training, scientific research and international academic exchanges of optoelectronic perception under complex environment in China, so as to serve the development needs of our country and society.
